BCG Attorney Search seeks a Remote Litigation Attorney to join a team in New York City, NY. This full-time position offers flexible work arrangements—remote or hybrid—with court appearances as required. The role focuses on representing New Jersey clients in diverse, challenging litigation matters.

The candidate must be barred in NJ, possess a JD, and have strong writing, research, and negotiation skills. Prior civil litigation and discovery experience is preferred, with proficiency in MS Office

Qualifications

• Must be barred in NJ.
• Familiarity with NJ law and procedure required.
• Previous experience in civil litigation preferred.
• Experience drafting discovery and arguing motions preferred.
• Excellent writing and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Lexis software.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all phases of litigation from initiation to expert discovery.
• Attend court appearances, hearings, depositions, and case management conferences.
• Conduct complex legal research and discovery investigations.
• Draft discovery requests, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Review discovery responses and prepare litigation update reports.
• Negotiate with opposing counsel to settle claims.
• Communicate closely with clients to provide legal analysis and advice.
