BCG Attorney Search is seeking a NY-barred litigation attorney for a remote position based in New York City, NY. The role is full-time with flexible arrangements, allowing remote work or a hybrid setup, subject to court appearances.

You will represent clients in diverse civil matters and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic law firm environment. Ideal candidates will have strong writing and analytical skills, familiarity with NY procedure, and prior discovery and motion drafting experience.

Qualifications

• Must be barred in NY.
• Familiarity with NY law and procedure required.
• Previous civil litigation experience preferred.
• Experience drafting discovery and arguing motions preferred.
• Excellent writing and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Lexis software.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all phases of litigation from initiation to expert discovery.
• Attend court appearances, hearings, depositions, and case management conferences.
• Conduct complex legal research and discovery investigations.
• Draft discovery requests, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Review discovery responses and prepare litigation update reports.
• Negotiate with opposing counsel to settle claims.
• Communicate closely with clients to provide legal analysis and advice.
