BCG Attorney Search seeks a Remote Litigation Attorney to join our client in Wilmington, DE. This full-time role offers flexible remote options, with court appearances required. The attorney will represent New Jersey clients in diverse litigation matters.

Candidates must be admitted in NJ, familiar with NJ law and procedures, and possess strong writing, research, and negotiation skills. Prior deposition and motion experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be barred in NJ.
• Familiarity with NJ law and procedure required.
• Civil litigation experience preferred.
• Experience drafting discovery, taking lead on depositions, and arguing motions preferred.
• Excellent writing and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Lexis software.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all phases of litigation from initiation to expert discovery.
• Attend court appearances, hearings, depositions, and case management conferences.
• Draft discovery requests, responses, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Review discovery responses and prepare summaries and litigation update reports.
• Negotiate with opposing counsel to settle claims.
• Communicate closely with clients to provide legal analysis and status reports.
