LOGS Legal Group LLP in New York is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our New York Litigation team. You will represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings while working in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment.

The role requires NY bar admission, 3+ years of litigation experience, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage high-volume caseloads both remotely and on-site at our Rochester office.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York (required).
• 3+ years of litigation experience preferred (all qualified applicants considered).
• Experience focusing on litigation matters.
• Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and driven.
• Preferred: Multi-state licensure, bankruptcy or collections experience, federal licensure.

Responsibilities

• Represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings.
• Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements, laws, and court rules.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings both in-person and virtually.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
• Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.
