Job summary

Aquent is seeking a dynamic litigation risk professional to remotely manage a high-volume portfolio of matters within EST hours. You will shape litigation strategies, recommend settlements, and coordinate with outside counsel and internal investigators to safeguard the company’s interests.

In this role you will review files, diary updates, enter notes into the case management system, analyze reserves, and help drive strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a high-volume portfolio of litigation matters with outside counsel.
• Ability to evaluate New York claims, set reserves, and advise on settlements.
• Strong communication with attorneys, investigators and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage 100+ cases with outside counsel, largely independently.
• Review files, diary updates, and prepare settlement requests.
• Enter notes in case management system and review submitted bills.
• Support reserve analyses and exposure assessments.
• Collaborate with outside counsel management team on strategy.
