Ideal candidates have strong public-sector procurement experience, 3+ years in procurement contracts, and a track record of drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
Our client, a large public-sector organization, is seeking multiple New York licensed Attorneyson a temporary basis to support a sustained increase in legal workload within its commercial and procurement operations. These roles will support high-volume contracting, complex negotiations, and compliance initiatives arising from expanded programs, policy initiatives, and operational reforms.
This is a long-term engagement supporting a legal team operating at capacity and requires attorneys with strong public-sector procurement and transactional experience.
