Job summary

LOGS Legal Group LLP is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our New York Evictions/Collections team. This remote role supports financial institutions in evictions, with a pay range of $100,000 to $125,000 annually, and requires a New York license and 3+ years of evictions experience.

The firm embraces technology, collaboration, and innovation while delivering high-volume, client-focused legal services. Travel is court-related, and the position reports to the Managing Attorney.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York is required.
• 3+ years of evictions experience preferred.
• Experience in evictions and/or collections is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent financial institutions in evictions and related court proceedings.
• Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements, laws, and court rules.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings in-person and virtually.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
• Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.
