LOGS Legal Group LLP in Rochester, NY seeks an Associate Attorney for Litigation to join its New York Litigation team. You will represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, and related court proceedings while managing case workflows and ensuring client requirements are met.

The role requires NY bar licensure, at least 3 years of litigation experience, and strong writing and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York (required).
• 3+ years of litigation experience preferred (all qualified applicants considered).
• Experience working in a role that focuses on litigation.
• Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and driven.
• Preferred: Multi-state licensure, bankruptcy or collections experience, federal licensure.

Responsibilities

• PAY RANGE: $100,000 - $125,000 (* ~range: qualifications and experience will be taken into consideration)
