Job summary

LOGS is seeking an Associate Attorney (Remote) to provide comprehensive legal representation across foreclosure, bankruptcy, and related matters. You will work with experienced attorneys and a skilled support team under a managing attorney, developing a well-rounded litigation skill set.

Ideal candidates are licensed in Texas with 3+ years of litigation experience, strong writing, and the ability to handle high-volume caseloads in a remote work setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience.
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume litigation practice.
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings.
• Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings both in-person and virtually.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
• Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.
