Job summary

Float Health is seeking a Recurring Care Specialist to coordinate nursing visits, interface with specialty pharmacies, nurses, and patients, and manage the patient lifecycle. You will leverage our platforms to ensure timely scheduling and accurate communication for home-based care.

This remote US role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. Expect high-volume tickets, calls, and visits per shift, with opportunities to improve processes with cross-functional

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with medical scheduling.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized with strong time management.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Comfortable navigating multiple platforms.
• Experience in healthcare or familiarity with medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use Float Health's tech to schedule nursing visits.
• Respond to and manage approximately 40 Zendesk tickets per shift.
• Answer inbound calls from pharmacies, patients, and nurses.
• Schedule and confirm 10–30 patient visits per shift.
• Communicate professionally via phone, email, and text to coordinate care.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and uploaded.
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track data and share insights.
• Proactively brainstorm and communicate potential process improvements.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with specialty pharmacies and nursing partners.
