Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license current and eligible for licensure as required by program
• APRN certification and licensure preferred
• Earned doctoral degree (DNP/PhD/EdD or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years in graduate nursing education, program administration preferred
• Experience with curriculum design, competency-based assessment, and accreditation

Responsibilities

• Support Program Director with administrative leadership for program operation
• Collect and prepare outcome data for accreditation bodies
• Contribute to policy development with Program Director Council
• Oversee and evaluate contributing faculty
• Collaborate on curriculum quality, assessment, accreditation compliance and program evaluation
• Supervise students and address issues like complaints and misconduct
• Reduce teaching workload to support administrative tasks as assigned
• Engage in marketing and represent the University
• Perform other duties as assigned by the program director
