Job summary

Ascendo Resources, LLC is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter for a fully remote, direct-hire role serving the US Eastern Time Zone. The recruiter will support four hiring leaders in our nursing education division, sourcing and presenting qualified nursing faculty and academic leaders for prelicensure programs.

The ideal candidate has healthcare or higher education recruiting experience, relevant nursing credentials and licensure, and a commitment to student-centered learning.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting healthcare or higher education professionals, preferably nursing faculty.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and accreditation requirements for nursing programs.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple hiring leaders and manage competing priorities.
• Commitment to student-centered learning and educational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to build faculty candidate pipelines.
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify nursing faculty and academic leadership candidates.
• Partner with four hiring leaders to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Manage recruitment activities from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Maintain an active network of nursing educators and clinical professionals.
• Ensure candidates meet faculty qualification requirements and institutional standards.
• Provide regular recruitment updates, market feedback, and hiring metrics to leadership.
