Job summary

HealthLinx is seeking a driven Recruiter to source, engage, and manage a strong network of interim nursing leaders from a fully remote location in the United States. You will identify, interview, and onboard experienced leaders for interim and transitional engagements while collaborating with our leadership services team.

You will build a robust pipeline, conduct interviews, verify licenses, and maintain ongoing communication with a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of phone-based sales, B2B sales, recruiting, or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified interim and transitional nursing leaders.
• Source talent through networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, and collaboration with internal teams.
• Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate leadership professionals against HealthLinx standards.
• Manage leader onboarding, including background checks, license verification, reference checks, and documentation.
• Maintain ongoing communication with banked leaders to assess availability and opportunities.
• Present qualified leaders for interim, transitional, project management, and consulting engagements.
• Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within company databases and systems.
• Collaborate closely with leadership and service delivery teams to meet organizational goals.
