InterVarsity Christian Fellowship is seeking a Nurses Focused Campus Staff Minister – Georgia (Undergraduate Ministry) to advance witnessing communities on campus. This remote USA role supports nursing students and faculty, engaging in spiritual growth, leadership, and partnership development.

The position emphasizes biblical leadership, scriptural engagement, and collaborative program design to transform campuses for Christ.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required for CSMs on four-year campuses.
• Associate’s degree required for two-year campuses or community colleges.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Experience with nursing students or corner ministry preferred.
• Familiarity with office software is expected.
• Commitment to InterVarsity’s Statement of Agreement and policies.

• Pursue a vibrant relationship with God through scripture, prayer, and worship.
• Develop self-leadership and relational integrity in ministry context.
• Lead and empower students and faculty to start and grow witnessing communities.
• Collaborate with a national network of InterVarsity staff and volunteers.
• Raise 100% of the ministry budget through partnerships and fundraising.
