InterVarsity Press is seeking a Nurse Staff Minister for the Nurses Christian Fellowship. This remote, full-time role focuses on developing and equipping nurse group leaders and providing ministry among active and retired nurses, aligned with InterVarsity's vision to share Christ in nursing.

The role emphasizes leadership development, collaboration with national staff, and strategic planning to grow NCF chapters and influence within the nursing community.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensure in state of residence.
• Bachelor’s in nursing or equivalent experience / other bachelor’s required, higher degree preferred.
• Experience in nursing practice required.
• Experience in NCF leadership as a nurse educator or nurse (active or retired) is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and equip NCF nurse group leaders and provide ministry among nurses.
• Increase the number and health of NCF chapters under your leadership.
• Build leadership teams and coordinate annual goals and plans.
• Develop partners to resource the ministry financially, in prayer, or volunteering.
• Comply with InterVarsity policies and procedures.
