Oscar Medical Group seeks a Nurse Practitioner to join its Virtual Health Assessment team in a part-time capacity. This remote role serves Oscar Health Insurance members with virtual visits from a home office, collaborating with physicians and other care team members for comprehensive patient care.

The ideal candidate holds a DNP/FNP/ENP/PA from an accredited program, with ~3+ years in outpatient Family/Internal/Primary Care and ~2+ years delivering virtual care.

Qualifications

• DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from an accredited program.
• Approximately 3+ years of experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care.
• Approximately 2+ years of experience delivering virtual care.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality care for patients in a virtual setting.
• Use prescriptive authority under a collaborative practice agreement with physicians.
• Utilize remote monitoring tools and virtual exams for patient assessments.
• Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, PCPs, behavioral health clinicians, and supervisors as applicable.
• Attend required meetings to support patient care, including huddles and case conferences.
