Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care for patients in a virtual setting.
• Use prescriptive authority in collaboration with Physicians for comprehensive care.
• Utilize virtual exams with remote monitoring and point-of-care diagnostics.
• Collaborate with care team members across nurses, medical assistants, PCPs, and clinicians.
• Attend meetings to support patient care (huddles, case conferencing, All Hands).
• Meet the experience requirements for DNP/FNP/ENP/PA and outpatient/virtual care.
