Jones Medical Management is seeking an experienced nurse practitioner who enjoys helping patients improve their health and wants a meaningful voice in how care is delivered.

Our telehealth program combines medical weight management with nutrition, structured fasting when appropriate, strength, sleep, and ongoing coaching. We’re looking for a thoughtful clinician who values both medication and lifestyle interventions and wants to help patients achieve lasting progress.

Annual compensation & benefits

Annual salary: $100,000–$200,000

Final compensation is negotiable within this range based on the number and coverage of active state licenses, relevant clinical experience, qualifications, and scope of responsibilities.

Employment is through our prescriber network partner’s professional corporation, with day-to-day collaboration with the Jones Medical Management team.

What you’ll do

• Serve as prescriber of record for assigned patients, with full ownership of patient selection, treatment planning, prescribing, dosing, titration, monitoring, and follow-up.
• Review patient histories, questionnaires, and relevant labs to guide individualized care.
• Lead occasional small-group patient coaching calls, answering medication and metabolic health questions in real time and guiding patients through the program.
• Direct the clinical aspects of our health coaching program by writing clear, patient-specific instructions coaches can follow and addressing clinical questions that arise.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and communicate proactively with patients, coaches, and operational staff.

What we’re looking for

• An appropriately certified nurse practitioner, such as FNP or AGNP, with active, unrestricted licensure and applicable prescriptive authority.
• Active licenses in multiple states; 20 or more strongly preferred. We welcome strong candidates with fewer licenses who are willing to expand.
• Experience with GLP-1 therapy and metabolic or medical weight management care, plus alignment with our lifestyle-based approach. Knowledge of nutrition, fasting, and peptide therapies, or a willingness to learn.
• A warm, patient, and helpful approach. You enjoy helping patients, listen thoughtfully, and explain care clearly so they feel heard and supported.
• Strong independent clinical judgment, reliable follow-through, and the ability to provide clear, patient‑specific guidance to our coaching team.
• License and disciplinary history that meet our prescriber network partner’s credentialing requirements.
