Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado | On-siteAnticipated start: January 4, 2027
About the opportunity
We are launching a clinic in Colorado Springs focused on men’s and women’s hormone health and medical weight management. We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to serve as our founding lead clinical provider, combining direct patient care with a meaningful role in developing the clinic’s protocols, workflows, and standards of care.
Our planned services include testosterone replacement therapy, appropriate hormone therapy for women, and medical weight management, including GLP-1 medications when clinically indicated. Additional services, including selected peptide therapies, will be evaluated based on clinical evidence, regulatory requirements, and provider expertise.
This is an opportunity for a clinician who enjoys building a practice, developing long-term patient relationships, and exercising sound clinical judgment. The ownership team will lead business operations, while the NP will lead patient care and help shape the clinical program.
