Job summary

JumpstartMD, Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking a Clinical Manager (NP/PA) to lead a dedicated team and advance our medical weight management and cardiometabolic health programs.

The role reports to the Director of Clinical Operations and is based in Irvine with regular coordination across 14 offices. The ideal candidate holds California NP/PA licensure, a Master’s degree, a DEA registration, OIG clearance, and an active NPI.

Qualifications

• California-licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Master’s degree from an accredited NP/PA program.
• DEA Registration Certificate.
• OIG Clearance and NPI number.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of health coaches and member care coordinators.
• Conduct dynamic 1:1 consultations using motivational interviewing techniques.
• Oversee comprehensive health assessments and preventive care.
• Ensure precise documentation and follow-up for each member.
• Collaborate with clinical operations to scale weight management programs.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and company policies.
