Job summary

Lifeforce is recruiting for a fully remote clinician to join our longevity medicine program. This role supports 20–40 hours per week as a 1099 contractor, providing hormone optimization, weight management, and related therapies to our members from home.

Ideal candidates are MD/DO or autonomous NP with multi-state licensing and DEA. You will collaborate with health coaches and clinicians to deliver personalized, safe care and optimize member outcomes.

Qualifications

• Board-certified MD or DO or licensed NP (preferred)
• Active, unrestricted licenses in multiple states and a DEA #
• Interest in a fully-remote, 1099 contractor role
• Available to work at least 20 hours per week consistently
• Experience with Hormone Optimization Therapy (HOT) preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic test interpretation and lifestyle recommendations
• Provide Hormone Optimization Therapy (HOT), weight loss management, and peptides when appropriate
• Develop understanding of proprietary supplements and explain recommendations
• Balance efficiency with thoroughness for synchronous and asynchronous visits
• Utilize evolving technology to deliver care and communicate with members and internally
• Leverage strong verbal and written communication to improve member outcomes
• Prioritize member outcomes while adhering to Lifeforce medical protocols
• Show genuine empathy and meet members where they are
• Meet defined quality and productivity standards with management review

As a Lifeforce Clinician, you will work alongside our Health Coaches to provide care to our members that includes hormone optimization, weight loss management, cardiometabolic treatments, supplements and lifestyle strategies. Key Responsibilities

• Provide leading-edge approaches to diagnostic test interpretation and lifestyle recommendations


• Provide Hormone Optimization Therapy (HOT), weight loss management, and peptides when appropriate


• Develop a deep understanding of our proprietary supplements offerings to comfortably explain and recommend when appropriate


• Be able to balance efficiency with thoroughness to effectively complete both synchronous visits and asynchronous tasks in a timely manner without sacrificing quality


• Be willing and able to use evolving technologies needed to deliver care as well as communicate both with members and internally


• Leverage strong verbal and written communication skills and being excited to continue to develop these skills as needed to improve member outcomes


• Put the outcome and experience of the member at the forefront of your care while never compromising the use of safe, Lifeforce-approved medical protocols


• Have genuine interest in our members, being empathetic to their concerns and meeting them where they’re at


• Be able to meet quality and productivity standards that will be clearly communicated to you and reviewed regularly with your manager

Qualifications

• Board-certified M.D. or D.O. (preferred) or Autonomous NP


• Active, unrestricted licenses and at least one DEA # to practice medicine in multiple states


• Priority DEA States: TN, IL, MI


• Priority License States: CA, CO, TX, FL, IL, MA, TN, WI, NC


• Interest in a fully-remote, 1099 contractor role


• Available to work at least 20 hours per week consistently


• Strong knowledge and/or interest in functionally-mind approaches to care


• Expertise in or willingness to learn HOT (Hormone Optimization Therapy) and comfortable using both supplements and approved pharmaceuticals when appropriate in both men and women


• Expertise in or willingness to learn about medical weight loss therapies and peptides


• Able to quickly acquire proficiency with necessary technology, including computers, software applications, phone systems, etc.


• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills


• Thrives in a team environment with the ability to excel in a fast-paced atmosphere and successfully collaborate with diverse groups at all levels of the organization


• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
