Job summary

Integrated Women’s Care (IWC) is hiring a Georgia-based Nurse Practitioner for a fully remote role within the United States. You will manage perimenopause and menopause patients virtually, including HRT prescribing and weight-management discussions, with a focus on women’s midlife health.

You must live in Georgia to qualify; compensation is $55–$70 per hour, with scheduling between 7:00am–7:00pm in patient local time.

Qualifications

• Must live within the state of Georgia as a condition of employment.
• Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC.
• 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients.
• 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT.
• 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel — building ongoing relationships and making autonomous clinical decisions over time.
• 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience.
• 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists.
• Preferred: certification in Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Carry a full patient panel managing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep — virtually.
• Prescribe and independently manage HRT and weight-management therapies.
• Maintain a high-volume, efficient visit cadence with thorough documentation and follow‑through.
