Job summary

Midi Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join Integrated Women’s Care (IWC) in a fully remote, United States–based practice focused on women’s midlife health. You will manage perimenopause and menopause care, prescribe HRT, and support pharmacologic weight management all virtually.

The role demands autonomous clinical decision-making in a high-volume telemedicine environment, with schedule coverage from 7:00 am–7:00 pm in patient local time.

Qualifications

• Active board certification in obstetric/gynecologic or women's health family practice.
• 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients.
• 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT.
• 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel with autonomous decisions.
• 3+ years synchronous telemedicine experience.
• 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies (GLP-1 agonists).
• Multiple active state licenses (DEA preferred).
• Preferred: menopause (MSCP) and/or obesity medicine certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full NP patient panel virtually, focusing on perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood and sleep.
• Prescribe and independently manage HRT and evaluate pharmacologic weight management options.
• Make autonomous clinical decisions and maintain documentation across high-volume telemedicine visits.
• Operate within a protocol-driven framework while delivering warm, efficient care.
