Job summary

Midi Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a fully remote, high-volume practice focused on women’s midlife health. You will manage perimenopause and menopause panels, prescribe HRT, and coordinate weight-management therapies, all within a supportive, protocol-driven framework.

Qualifications

• Must live in Georgia and be actively board-certified (FNP-C/FNP-BC or WHNP-BC).
• 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients.
• 3+ years telemedicine experience and independent HRT prescribing.

Responsibilities

• Manage perimenopause/menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep virtually with a full patient panel.
• Prescribe and independently manage HRT (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone) and evaluate pharmacologic weight management incl. GLP-1 therapies.
• Maintain high productivity in a fully remote, relationship-based care model.
