Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Nurse Advocate to facilitate a successful patient experience by working closely with program patients. The Nurse Advocate will assess barriers to therapy and educate patients about their prescribed treatments.

Qualified candidates must have an active RN license, a minimum of 2–3 years of nursing experience, and preferably a Bachelor’s degree. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a professional office environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in current state of practice.
• 2–3 years of nursing experience with relevant disease state experience preferred.
• Experience in Case management or Clinical Trial Nursing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contact program patients and assess barriers for therapy initiation.
• Educate patients about clinical treatments and financial implications.
• Provide information on therapy, dosing, and patient support.
