Job summary

GoldCoast Energy Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead engineering projects at existing commercial nuclear power plants across the United States. This fully remote, direct-hire role requires coordinating design modifications, upgrades, and technical analyses through the full engineering lifecycle.

You will manage scopes, schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with nuclear industry standards and regulatory requirements while delivering on time

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple engineering projects involving design modifications and upgrades at operating commercial nuclear power plants.
• Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, structural, and other engineering disciplines throughout the design process.
• Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and engineering teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop solutions to maintain project timelines.
• Support engineering reviews, technical documentation, and implementation of plant modifications.
• Ensure project deliverables comply with applicable nuclear industry standards, procedures, and quality requirements.
