Job summary

Myers-Holum is seeking a NSPB Staff Consultant to apply technical and functional expertise across NSPB implementations integrated with NetSuite, translating business requirements into scalable EPM solutions and working with project teams.

You will configure, test, and support NSPB components, participate in discovery through deployment, assist with fit/gap analyses, develop data mappings, and contribute to knowledge sharing and internal accelerators.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of relevant EPM, FP&A systems, ERP consulting, or related implementation experience.
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Foundational understanding of finance, accounting, FP&A processes, and business systems.
• Experience with NSPB, Oracle EPM, Hyperion, NetSuite Planning, or similar planning and performance management solutions.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience is strongly preferred, including familiarity with NetSuite financial processes and data structures.

Responsibilities

• Participate as a Staff Consultant on NSPB implementation projects integrated with NetSuite.
• Support solution delivery activities across all project phases: discovery, design, build, testing, training, deployment.
• Assist with fit/gap analyses and business process reviews to define solution requirements.
• Configure and build multidimensional planning models, metadata, rules, dashboards, and data integrations.
• Develop integrations between NSPB and NetSuite, including data mappings and automation.
• Document designs, requirements, data flows, and integration specs.
• Collaborate with development, functional, and project teams to implement solutions.
• Support data validation, reconciliation, testing, and deployment activities.
• Participate in user acceptance testing, training, and post-go-live support.
• Contribute to NSPB best practices, accelerators, and internal knowledge sharing.
