Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC seeks a Pricing Specialist to manage Non-QM pricing and rate-lock processes. You will issue lock confirmations, price exception scenarios, and accurate quotes, coordinating with Credit, Underwriting, and Secondary Marketing to support compliant, competitive pricing.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with Optimal Blue and LoanSifter, and proficiency with Encompass LOS to document pricing decisions and maintain audit-ready records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• 3+ years experience in Non-QM pricing or rate-lock desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Report as a member of the Non-QM rate lock desk, including issuing lock confirmations and tracking expirations.
• Assess and price exception scenarios outside standard rate sheets with Credit and Underwriting teams.
• Issue accurate and timely pricing quotes for Non-QM products including base and exception-level pricing and off-sheet rates.
• Analyze loan-level risk characteristics and determine pricing overlays or exceptions.
• Collaborate with Secondary Marketing and Capital Markets to align pricing with hedge positions and guidelines.
• Monitor pipeline health and resolve pricing discrepancies pre- and post-closing.
• Document pricing exceptions with justifications in LOS and CRM.
• Provide insights on exception trends and margin impact.
