Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Virtual Health Assessment team in a part-time role. The position is remote and open to candidates in Arizona, with ~20 hours per week and a pay rate of $65–$75 per hour.

You will provide high-quality virtual care, collaborate with physicians, and participate in collaborative care models with a diverse team. DNP/FNP/ENP/PA credentials and outpatient/virtual care experience are required.

Qualifications

• DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from an accredited program.
• 3+ years in outpatient Family Medicine.
• 2+ years delivering virtual care.
• Prescriptive authority in collaborative practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care for patients in a virtual setting.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team for comprehensive care.
• Participate in virtual assessments and team huddles.
• Support cross-training across Oscar Medical Group teams.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with policies.
