Job summary

Oscar Medical Group, part of Oscar Health, Inc., is hiring a Nurse Practitioner for our Virtual Health Assessment team in a part-time role. The position is remote and open to residents in Arizona with occasional travel for meetings and events.

Compensation is $65.00–$75.00 per hour, with 20 hours per week. Candidates should be DNP/FNP/ENP/PA from an accredited program, have 2+ years virtual care experience, and 3+ years outpatient Family or Internal Medicine.

Qualifications

• Provide high-quality care for patients in a virtual setting.
• Experience delivering virtual care (min. 2 years).
• 3+ years in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Primary Care.
• DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from an accredited program.
• Compact RN license (if an APRN) as a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care for patients in a virtual setting.
• Use prescriptive authority in collaboration with physicians for comprehensive care.
• Utilize remote tools for virtual exams and home monitoring.
• Collaborate with care team including RNs, medical assistants, PCPs, behavioral health clinicians.
• Attend required meetings and All Hands sessions.
