Job summary

DaVita is seeking an NP Manager to provide clinical leadership and management for Nurse Practitioners within a designated region, focusing on CKD and ESKD care. This role combines autonomous clinical work with close collaboration with medical and operations leadership to drive population health and cost-effective care.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of NP experience, strong leadership skills, and expertise in CKD/ESKD management, coding, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing with current NP licensure.
• 4–6 years NP experience; population health, primary/family care, or nephrology preferred.
• At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage risk adjustment and Health Risk Assessments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the clinical leader for a team of Nurse Practitioners with oversight and performance management.
• Ensure high standards of clinical quality, documentation, and coding practices.
• Support NP hiring and onboarding; provide ongoing clinical guidance to NPs.
• Lead population health initiatives and quality improvement efforts.
