Job summary

Innovative Renal Care in the United States seeks a Nurse Manager to assist the Clinic Manager in supervising professional nursing practice for ESRD patients. The role focuses on maintaining high-quality patient care and solving clinical and administrative issues within established policies.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license, preferably BSN, with 12 months nursing experience and some ESRD/dialysis exposure; supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state.
• BSN preferred.
• 12 months nursing experience.
• 6 months ESRD or dialysis care experience.
• 3-5 years in clinical/management roles in ESRD preferred.
• BLS certification.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Effective communication with clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist Clinic Manager in supervisory nursing practice for ESRD patients.
• Maintain quality and adequacy of patient care in the clinic.
• Recognize and help solve professional, administrative, and supervisory problems.
