Job summary

LumiMeds is seeking a Clinical Operations Coordinator – Provider Support (NP) to oversee the daily performance of our remote clinical provider network, including DOs and NPs. This part-time, remote role focuses on provider workload management, patient message monitoring, and proactive coordination with clinical leadership to maintain timely, high-quality care.

The ideal candidate is an NP with telehealth experience, strong organizational skills, and a solid understanding of EMR systems, HIPAA

Qualifications

• NP degree and U.S. license required or in good standing.
• Experience with telehealth operations and remote provider coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily workloads across DOs and NPs using the clinical management system.
• Track pending consultations, patient messages, medical reviews, and outstanding tasks.
• Identify providers with high workloads or delays and address with leadership.
• Coordinate workload adjustments and escalations with clinical leadership.
• Ensure provider assignments and patient requests are actively monitored.
• Send reminders to providers for overdue patient requests.
• Escalate urgent patient concerns per clinical protocols.
• Maintain visibility into outstanding tasks and follow up as needed.
