Ways2Well, a leader in regenerative and preventive medicine, is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead NPs and clinical staff, ensuring high‑quality, patient‑centered care and compliant operations in a remote setting.

You will mentor teams, supervise recruitment and scheduling, oversee documentation and telemedicine workflows, and partner with leadership on strategic planning and budget, while upholding HIPAA and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) required.
• 5+ years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
• 2+ years of leadership/people management experience in a clinical setting.
• Functional Medicine experience required.
• Experience with Telemedicine 1+ year.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in EHR systems and clinical management software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate the performance of NPs and other clinical team members.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training for new NPs and clinical staff.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and workload distribution.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment and address conflicts as needed.
• Monitor NP clinical decision-making to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Provide direct patient care as needed to maintain clinical expertise.
• Oversee documentation practices for accuracy and compliance with EHR requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish clinical goals, policies, and procedures.
• Participate in budget planning and resource allocation for clinical operations.
• Implement workflows to optimize efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
• Analyze KPIs and develop improvement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and licensure requirements.
• Lead accreditation or certification processes as applicable.
• Partner with medical and admin leadership to align operations with goals.
• Communicate updates and policies effectively.
• Participate in strategic planning to enhance service delivery.
