Mercor is actively seeking Nurse Practitioners for a remote, contract engagement lasting 4–6 weeks. You will evaluate AI-generated clinical content, provide expert feedback, and help improve model performance while working independently on a flexible schedule.

Requirements include 4+ years of NP/APRN experience, active RN licensure with graduate nursing education, and excellent written English. Compensation ranges from $70–$110 per hour, with task-based pay upfront and hourly thereafter.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as NP/ APRN / FNP / ACNP / PNP or related role.
• Active RN licensure with specialized graduate education in nursing.
• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.
• Strong written English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate AI-generated clinical assessments, treatment plans, and patient education materials for quality and accuracy.
• Compare AI-generated responses based on clinical reasoning, guideline adherence, and diagnostic soundness.
• Review clinical scenarios involving diagnosis, treatment planning, medication decisions, and patient education.
• Work independently and asynchronously to improve AI model performance and meet deadlines.
