Job summary

Synthires is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and advanced practice nursing professionals to help evaluate and improve cutting-edge AI systems. You’ll apply your clinical expertise to assess AI-generated healthcare content, clinical reasoning, and patient care workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Relevant experience as an NP, APRN, FNP, ACNP, PNP, or equivalent advanced practice nursing professional.
• Active RN licensure, specialized graduate-level nursing education, and experience diagnosing and treating acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses.
• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.

Compensation

• $120–$150/hour, subject to project payment requirements.
• Task-based payment initially, with payment upon approval of the first task.
• Experts who complete the first task within the required timeline may qualify for hourly payment for the remainder of the project.
• Approximately 4–6 weeks in duration.
• Immediate start for selected candidates.
