Job summary

Mercor is seeking Nurse Practitioners for a remote, contract-based engagement to support AI research labs. The role requires 4+ years as NP/related APRN and active RN licensure with graduate nursing education; you will evaluate AI-generated clinical materials, provide expert feedback, and work asynchronously to meet deadlines.

Immediate start, 20+ hours per week, compensation is task-based at first and then hourly for ongoing tasks.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of NP/APRn experience required.
• Active RN licensure with graduate nursing education.
• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.
• Strong written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated clinical assessments, treatment plans, and patient education materials for quality and accuracy.
• Compare AI-generated responses based on clinical reasoning, guideline adherence, and diagnostic soundness.
• Review clinical scenarios involving diagnosis, treatment planning, medication decisions, and patient education. Provide expert feedback.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
