Job summary

Mercor is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners for a remote, contract-based engagement to support AI-model evaluation and refinement. You will assess AI-generated clinical materials, verify accuracy, and provide actionable feedback to ensure guideline-concordant care.

Start date is immediate for a 4–6 week project, with a commitment of 20+ hours per week. Task-based payments start at first task approval, then hourly payments for the remainder of the project.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of NP/ANP/APRN-level clinical practice.
• Active RN licensure with graduate nursing education.
• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.
• Strong written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated clinical assessments, treatment plans, and patient education materials for quality and accuracy.
• Compare AI-generated responses based on clinical reasoning, guideline adherence, and diagnostic soundness.
• Review clinical scenarios involving diagnosis, treatment planning, medication decisions, and patient education. Provide expert feedback.
• Work independently and asynchronously to improve AI model performance and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Must-Have • 4+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) , Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) , Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) , Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) , Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) , or another closely related advanced practice nursing role.
• Active RN licensure with specialized graduate education in nursing, and experience diagnosing and treating acute, episodic, or chronic illness.
• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week .
• Strong written English communication skills.

Task-based payment upon first task approval. Experts who complete their first task within the required timeline will then be qualified to be paid hourly for the remainder of the project.
