Job summary

Power Technique North America LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the Northeast region of the United States. You will develop and manage dealer and rental relationships, implement sales strategies, and coordinate product demonstrations and trainings to expand market share.

The role requires extensive travel and an emphasis on strategic account penetration, with a base salary and commission program tied to performance.

Qualifications

• Three years of capital equipment sales experience in rental or civil construction.
• Experience in air compressors and air tools rental or capital sales preferred.
• Four-year bachelor’s degree with five years in industrial sales or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and market share targets in the designated territory.
• Maintain positive relationships with existing customers and manage key accounts.
• Identify customer applications and ensure correct product fit and application integrity.
• Travel extensively (about 60%), including overnight trips, weekends and holidays.
