Job summary

Enerpac Tool Group seeks an Account Manager to drive sales across South and Central England on a home-based basis, with travel to customers and distributors. You will own the territory, build new relationships and grow Enerpac’s presence in key industrial markets, including bolting torque and tensioning solutions.

This role emphasizes sales performance, pipeline development, forecasting accuracy and new customer growth.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience in an industrial environment.
• Track record of developing new customers and converting opportunities into sales.
• Experience managing a geographic sales territory with pipeline, forecasting and performance.

Responsibilities

• Take commercial ownership of the designated South and Central England territory, delivering sales growth.
• Develop new customers and identify opportunities to expand Enerpac's presence across key industrial markets.
• Grow sales of Enerpac's bolting portfolio, including torque and tensioning solutions, through distributors and end users.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, customers and key decision-makers across the territory.
• Develop existing distribution channels while strengthening market coverage and reaching new customers.
• Prospect for new business, qualify opportunities and convert them into profitable sales.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with clear actions and next steps.
• Provide accurate forecasts and participate in pipeline reviews.
• Prepare and negotiate customer quotations and close opportunities.
• Develop territory and account plans to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for customers.
• Promote Enerpac's portfolio and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Deliver customer presentations, product demos and training sessions.
• Monitor market activity and share insights with teams.
