Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED and four years of work experience determining eligibility in a social service office in TANF, SNAP, Foster Care, Medicaid, or LIHEAP.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and determine applicant eligibility for Long-Term Care Medicaid programs based on Federal and State regulations.
• Complete asset assessments and eligibility reviews with accuracy and timeliness.
• Communicate eligibility requirements and follow-up actions to applicants and entities.
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate case data in the appropriate systems.
• Provide support for the Long-Term Care Unit Call Center when needed.
