Cloudbeds is seeking a Mid-Market Onboarding Lead for North America. This remote role leads a regional team of Onboarding Project Managers and Coaches, overseeing strategic accounts from contract to go-live and handoff.

You will coach, develop, and manage performance while personally guiding high-value customers through complex transitions. You will collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Product, driving time-to-live, quality, and CSAT improvements in a fast-growing, remote-first

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hotel operations or hospitality technology.
• 2+ years directly managing customer-facing team members in onboarding/implementation.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise hotel PMS implementations.
• Strong understanding of North American hotel operations (front office, reservations, distribution, revenue management, payments, reporting).
• PMP or similar project-management certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the North America onboarding team, including regional coaches and managers.
• Coach the team on kickoff quality, handling product limitations, and building confidence in customers.
• Oversee a portfolio of strategic North American accounts through go-live and handoff.
• Own regional account intake and workload balance across the team.
• Act as first escalation point for at-risk onboardings and reset plans as needed.
• Ramp new hires through regional training and certification.
• Monitor regional performance metrics and optimize onboarding outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Support, and Product to close gaps and feedback issues.
• Guide customers transitioning from legacy PMS platforms to Cloudbeds with a consultative approach.
