Cloudbeds is seeking a Mid-Market Onboarding Lead for North America to manage onboarding for independent hotels, resorts, and multi-property groups. You will lead a regional team, oversee strategic accounts, and ensure successful go-lives with a consultative approach.

Mentor the team, drive time-to-live and CSAT, and partner with Sales, Support, and Product. This remote-first role requires hotel ops expertise and North American know-how, with compensation between $100,000 and $140,000 USD

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in hotel operations or hospitality technology.
• 2+ years directly managing customer-facing onboarding/implementation teams.
• Hands-on experience leading multi-property PMS implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Strong understanding of North American hotel operations (front office, reservations, distribution, revenue management).
• PMP or similar project-management certification preferred.
• Experience working with hotel management companies, consultants, or reseller partners.

• Lead the North America onboarding team of Project Managers and Coaches with clear performance expectations.
• Coach the team on kickoff quality, communication, and handling of product limitations.
• Oversee a portfolio of strategic North American accounts through go-live and handoff.
• Coordinate account intake and resource assignment to balance workloads and capability.
