Job summary

Cloudbeds is seeking a Mid-Market Onboarding Lead for North America to guide onboarding teams for independent hotels and multi-property groups transitioning to Cloudbeds. You’ll oversee a regional team, ensure smooth go-live, and maintain close customer partnerships.

The role demands hands-on leadership, consultative onboarding, and deep knowledge of hotel operations to optimize customers' workflows within Cloudbeds’ platform.

Qualifications

5+ years in hotel operations or hospitality technology.
2+ years directly managing customer-facing team members.
Hands-on experience leading multi-property PMS implementations (kickoff to go-live).
Strong understanding of North American hotel operations: front office, reservations, distribution, revenue management, payments, reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the North America onboarding team (PMs and Coaches).
Oversee a small portfolio of strategic North American accounts through go-live and handoff.
Own account intake and assignment region-wide, matching accounts to the right coach.
Act as first escalation point for at-risk onboardings and reset plans with customers.
