Cloudbeds is seeking a Mid-Market Onboarding Lead for North America to drive onboarding for independent hotels, resorts, and multi-property groups. Lead the regional team of Onboarding Project Managers and Mid-Market Coaches, overseeing go-live, Hypercare, and handoffs with strategic accounts.

You’ll influence workflows, SOP alignment, and consultative kickoffs, while managing regional performance and hiring as the team scales in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hotel operations or hospitality tech.
• 2+ years directly managing customer-facing onboarding teams.
• Hands-on experience leading multi-property PMS implementations.
• Strong understanding of North American hotel operations and workflows.

Responsabilités

• Lead NA onboarding team of PMs and coaches with clear expectations.
• Run call reviews, kickoff prep, and coach on tone and setting expectations.
• Oversee a small portfolio of strategic NA accounts through go-live and handoff.
• Own regional account intake and match to the right coach based on complexity.
• Escalate and resolve at-risk onboardings with a clear recovery plan.
• Ramp new hires with regional training and readiness assessments.
• Track regional performance using dashboards to spot risk early.
