Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college or graduate program in communications, marketing, nonprofit management, or related field.
• Excellent writing and copyediting with ability to adapt messaging for multiple channels.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and multi‑task management.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit and proofread content for websites, emails, newsletters and social media.
• Create and update visual content using Canva or Figma.
• Communicate professionally with volunteers by phone and email to share information.
• Maintain content calendars, lists, and internal tracking tools.
• Support with Salesforce Marketing Cloud emails and volunteer data in Salesforce CRM.
• Prepare slide decks, reports and training materials for meetings and webinars.
• Assist with projects to strengthen volunteer engagement and content quality.
