Qualifications

• 3+ years configuring Salesforce for nonprofit organizations with $50K+ projects.
• 1+ years experience with nonprofits (professional or volunteer).
• Salesforce Admin, Nonprofit Cloud, and Platform Developer I certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure Salesforce solutions for client requests, proactively and reactively.
• Train client staff on Salesforce features (in person and virtual).
• Document business, functional, and technical requirements clearly.
