Job description

Indianapolis, United States | Posted on 08/09/2026

DB Services is a certified Claris FileMaker, Salesforce, and AWS partner dedicated to making your business more efficient and effective through digital transformation while offering superior service and exceptional expertise. Since 2003, we have worked with hundreds of clients large and small to develop efficient custom apps that bridge the gap between existing technologies, eliminate tedious time-wasting tasks, and allow access to important information - anytime, anywhere. The development process starts with a full workflow analysis, continues seamlessly through rigorous project management, and finishes with a clean, easy-to-use database solution customized to your business demands. Our experience includes a broad range of industries and solutions, though we really enjoy anything that involves custom apps. Some examples include goliath-sized advanced sales order systems, automating and integrating FileMaker and Salesforce with the web, and providing mobile apps on iOS.

Your custom application is your business. Making it work better is ours.

Mission: We make organizations more efficient and effective through digital transformation while offering superior service and exceptional expertise.

Job Description

We are looking for a SalesforceNon-Profit Developer with a strong background in nonprofit-focused developmentand client delivery who leads by example and helps guide our team to success.

Do you geek out about what's new in each Nonprofit Cloud release and can't wait to put it to work for a client? Do you thrive in untangling a complex donor or program automation, designing a cleaner data architecture around NPSP or Nonprofit Cloud, or helping a client finally get their system working the way their mission demands?

If so, we want to talk to you about joining the Mission In Motion team in our ongoing mission to positively impact nonprofit organizations through Salesforce solutions that increase efficiency and drive greater impact. Nonprofits make up the core of our client portfolio, and we also support schools and growing SMB organizations.
