Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to nonprofit orgs to secure qualified appointments.
• Document call details, outcomes, and decision‑maker information accurately.
• Maintain data integrity by updating records and flagging duplicates.
• Communicate barriers and trends to leadership to improve outcomes.
• Follow scripts while showing professionalism and empathy.
• Support the FUNDrive team and participate in coaching sessions.
