Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering with background in non-metallic materials.
• 5–10 years of experience in Chemical Process or related Industries.
• Experience with design, fabrication, and project process flow for non-metallic equipment.
• Comfortable working in a team environment; initiative and judgment in fast-moving projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting services to Chemours global chemical businesses in non-metallic materials engineering and related technologies.
• Provide technical support to plant operations, capital projects and R&D.
• Lead materials-related aspects throughout project execution and coordinate with external vendors.
• Prepare technical reports, specifications and inspection reviews for fabrication and in-operation equipment.
• Travel approx. 35% to plant sites and fabrication shops.
